We grounded the event in its core principles—education, connection, and support—by drawing inspiration from learning spaces like universities, libraries, and exhibitions to create an elevated design foundation. Blending this with a TikTok-inspired visual language—graffiti, stickers, scribbled notes, and personalised accessories—we immersed guests in a world that felt authentically TikTok without feeling corporate.
Success on TikTok is rooted in self-expression, so we carried a strong thread of customisation throughout the experience, from bespoke inflatable signage and content-challenge sticker rewards to handmade leather key-tag takeaways personalised with guest handles.
Spotlighting key verticals: auto, sport, film/tv and learning, through interactive exhibition zones. The aim being to make knowledge sharing bitesize and manageable with instant hit experiences.
Guests were encouraged to put the best practices they had learned throughout the event into action. Each interactive vertical zone included a ‘call to create content’ (learn by doing).
Auto: guests reviewed a custom TikTok vintage Mini. Sport: they took on the Lionesses in a penalty shoot out with a commentator box and a post-match interview area as an opportunity to try different content types. Film/TV: guests hit the hot seat, press junket style, to share their hot takes. Learning: featured 3 x sub verticals Science (scent of space installation), Finance (personal budget challenge gashapon machines) and Plants (bonsai display including miniature apples!).
Programming also included: a series of talks/panels hosted on the main stage by Charley Marlowe, a one to one mentor area where guests got an opportunity to chat with more established Creators and a TikTok One ‘How to Monetise on TikTok’ pop up.
Catering was inspired by viral TikTok classics and was presented in custom branded packaging - such as TikTok instant ramen pots - to ensure subtle but considered logo visibility in all imagery.
